We ship within North America!* Please note that the time it takes for shipping applies after your order has been processed and handled (typically 2 weeks). 

By making a purchase with us, you agree to the following terms:

The Flour Girl packages every order with care and protection to ensure treats arrive in the same condition as when they leave our kitchen. Due to the delicate nature of our products, there is a possibility that some may arrive broken due to the way they are handled during delivery. Please refer to our returns page for more information.

The Flour Girl is not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location or any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. We do not have control over these, however should you require more information, please contact your local customs office. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

The Flour Girl will not be held responsible for incorrect address, or any lost, stolen or package delays that occur after shipments have been made. We will work to replace lost shipments, however refunds will not be issued.
