1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! At this time, we ship our "Shippable Treats" within North America. Please feel free to send us a message if you are unsure if we ship to your country.

2. It doesn't say how long it will take to deliver my order before I buy it?

Depending on which date your order is shipped out, it could take 2 weeks to arrive to you.

If you believe your order is delayed, email help@shoptheflourgirl.com with any questions/concerns so we can look into it for you!

3. Where are you located?

We are based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada!

4. Are the prices in American or Canadian dollars?

You can choose the currency at the bottom of the website page to select Canadian Dollars (CAD) or American Dollars (USD).

​5. How do I pay for my order?

We accept multiple forms of payment including Visa, Paypal, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, and Shopify Pay.

6. The item I wanted is out of stock. Will you be restocking?

It depends. As some of our shippable treats are produced on a seasonal basis, we may not be able to produce another batch of treats in time for you to receive your items before the season passes. 

7. The items I received were defected/incorrect. How can I make a return/exchange?

We're so sorry to hear your order was not satisfactory! Please refer to our shipping and returns page for more information.

Please note, due to the delicate nature of our products, we do our best to protect them for their journey in the mail to you! However, there is a possibility that some may arrive broken due to the way they are handled during delivery. Please refer to our returns page for more information.
